Purchasing from My Selection is easy:
Once you have found an item, select the quantity by changing the number in the box under the “Quantity” button and use the “Add to shopping bag” button next to it.

Review the items in your shopping bag by selecting the “Shopping bag” button at the top of the page. You can also add products to your Cart or use the “Remove from bag” button to delete items from your shopping bag.
Once you are ready to place the order, click on “Proceed to checkout” to complete your order.

Fill in all necessary details for your shipping details (no PO Box), click on ‘Proceed to Checkout’ to choose your preferred payment method

Please review your order and total amount before completing the payment

You will receive a confirmation email shortly after you have placed your order. Your order is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours, please contact us at anne@myselection.sg and do not re-create your order to prevent duplication.

In order to deliver your orders on time, we process orders straight away when payment is confirmed. Therefore we are unable to amend or accept cancellation of any orders after confirmation of the payment.

You don’t need an account to complete a purchase. However, if you register with us, you will be able to enjoy the following benefits through your My Selection account:

  • Gain access to your last orders
  • Be notified when new stock arrives
  • Save your address and card details for faster shopping

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express cards. Payment is debited from your card immediately at time of purchase.
At My Selection, your personal online security is important to us. We use the latest SSL encryption technology to store and safely transmit your personal and credit card information through our systems. All orders are processed through a secure checkout system provided by Stripe.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 72 hours.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive email confirmation of your shipping details and a tracking number. If you have registered, you will be able to view and track the status of your shipment by signing in and selecting “My Account” followed by “Order Status”. If you are not registered, sign up now so you can track future orders.

At My Selection, we strived to find the best quality products. On each product page, we list the ingredients of the product in order to help you identify any sensitiveness or allergy to any of them. However, despite all these precautions, skin types and skin conditions may react differently to our products and brands. It is always best to know and understand how your skin reacts to different products and ingredients. If you experienced an allergic reaction, please send a detailed description of what occurred along with the pictures to anne@myselection.sg. We will communicate this to the brand and help find an appropriate solution. Please note that issues must be reported within 14 days of receipt of item. In certain instances, a medical certificate may be requested to identify if it is the product that caused the allergic reactions.
